For out-of-town guests, we invite you to personally visit Hallsville and discover why more than 3,500 people call Hallsville home. Our city is located just 140 miles east of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, and 50 miles west of Shreveport, Louisiana. You can easily get here from Interstate 20, U.S. Highway 80 or one of several highways that pass through or near our community.

Our area is served by several airports: Shreveport Regional Airport located just a short 40 minute drive to the east of Hallsville, East Texas Regional Airport located about 30 minutes west of Hallsville, and Harrison County Airport located in Marshall.

If you chose to have your water bill automatically made by our Water Department on the 10th day of each month:

  • COMPLETE the information
  • ATTACH a voided check and
  • BRING this form to City Hall  – either by dropping off in- person, using the night drop or drive-thru.  You can also mail this form to our office.

You will still receive a postcard bill, but if you would rather receive your bill thru email, please let us know.  If we have your email listed on your account, you can go to our website cityofhallsvilletx.com and log into “Pay Your  Utilities Here”, create an account and view your bill and your bill history.
