TO: CITY OF HALLSVILLE WATER CUSTOMERS

In order for our water personnel to better serve you, our water customer, it is “imperative” for all property owners to keep the area around your water meter

clear of grass, leaves, and other debris.

In the event of a water emergency at your residence, our city employees must have access to your meter. Valuable time could be sacrificed if your meter is not visibly accessible.

On another matter, after your trash has been picked up, please remove your poly cart(s) from driveways and roadsides as soon as possible on Wednesdays. We appreciate your cooperation in these matters.

If you have any questions, please contact the Water Department at 903-668-2313
